Making an Appointment
Appointments are preferred and our Day Maker will coordinate your experience in person or via phone, or you may serve yourself on line.
We will always respect your time and will honor our commitment to treatment duration and start/end times. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure we have updated your therapeutic needs since your last visit.
We welcome and treasure our ability to tailor our services to guests under 16. We ask you to make other arrangements if your minors are not receiving services.
Please notify us if you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled time. Some cancellation fees may be applied inside that window for skin care services due to the personalized nature of that appointment.
Please notify our team if you have any special needs while you are with us. We will strive to ensure your comfort as we deliver your optimal experience.
